    Thank you for shopping with Jones Gold & Luxury (JGL). It is an honor to earn your business. Due to our jewelry being solid 18k gold, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is due to gold price fluctuation, and the additional cost to properly assay (test) returned product to confirm it is not counterfeited. Additionally, this ensures that the product you receive from JGL is brand new, and not previously returned by a prior customer. All sales regarding our jewelry are final.

JGL thoroughly quality checks jewelry before shipment. In the rare event in which the product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the defective product. If it is determined that the product is defective, return shipping will be covered by Jones Gold & Luxury. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine, test, and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

Other

    For other JGL products that are not jewelry, returns are accepted. For items that were purchased at standard price, you may return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Return shipping is required to be covered by the purchaser. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a return. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
