How can I confirm my Jewelry from JGL is real?
Jones Gold & Luxury guarantees 100% authenticity , or your money back. However, we do believe in the “trust but verify” policy. It is always good to get your jewelry tested from an unaffiliated source. The best way to verify your jewelry is to bring it to a reputable jeweler with an XRF (x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy) machine. However, you can test your gold jewelry at home by doing an acid test. Kits are sold on amazon. We do not recommend the acid test method because it scratches the surface of your jewelry.
How does JGL test its Jewelry?
Jones Gold & Luxury has jewelry tested by fire assay. A fire assay is the most accurate way to test the karat contents of gold and other precious metals. Fire assaying has been practiced for thousands of years. A fire assay uses a combination of intense heat (1900 F) that is produced in a furnace, dry reagents called fluxes, and bone ash containers called crucibles and cupels. This combination is used to fuse the fluxing agents and to isolate the precious metals.
I have placed my order but will be out of town. Can JGL hold my order and wait to ship it when I return home?
Absolutely, please email us at info@jonesgoldluxury.com within 12 hours of placing your order. When you return home, please send another email requesting the shipment of your order.
I have placed an order, but I have changed my mind and want my payment refunded. My order has not shipped yet. Can I receive a full refund?
Yes, orders that have not been shipped are able to receive a refund minus a 4% transaction fee. A transaction fee from Stripe or PayPal is charged to JGL when an order is placed on our website.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange my order for the correct size?
If your order has not yet been shipped, JGL can exchange the product for the correct size. If the size you are wanting cost more due to an increase in weight, then JGL will charge you for the additional cost. If the size you want costs less than your original order placed, you will be refunded the difference. Please note that any orders that have gone through the shipment process are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
My order is a gift for someone. Can JGL write a special message for me to place inside the order?
Absolutely, please email JGL at info@jonesgoldluxury.com, informing us that the order is a gift and the message you would like to be sent with the package. If the order is marked as shipped, we are not able to add a gift message to the order.
