Shipping Policies

    Orders placed containing jewelry will be shipped via FEDEX with an adult signature requirement. Additionally, the package will be insured for the value of the purchase. For orders placed from customers residing in the United States, there will be a shipping charge of $25. Faster shipping options are available with different pricing. International customers’ shipping rates will vary depending on the country. Customers may choose a faster shipping option through UPS, however, the shipping cost will be more expensive.

Orders containing other products will ship through FEDEX with priority shipping. The shipping charge will vary depending on the size, weight, and location of the package. FEDEX Priority shipping comes with $100 insurance included. Orders marked shipped are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

    Jones Gold & Luxury (JGL) is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Packages involving jewelry are fully insured for the order value with the freight carrier and require an adult signature for delivery. As soon as an order has been dropped off with the shipping company, liability transfers to the freight carrier. If a package is marked signed & delivered, but the customer claims to have not received the package, the responsibility for the missing package is with the designated freight carrier. If the customer entered the wrong shipping address and did not contact JGL prior to shipment, JGL is not liable for the lost package. It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check their shipping address prior to submitting an order.
